We're a small team in Southern Oregon. We build on-prem AI infrastructure for organizations that can't move their data to the cloud. The work is interesting, the customers are real, and the team is the kind of small you can shape.

How we work

Three principles, repeated.

Operator-first, always

Every product decision starts with the IT director, the operations lead, or the compliance officer who has to live with it. We don't ship features that look good in a demo and feel bad in deployment.

Small teams, real ownership

We hire for people who want to own a major surface, not contribute to a feature flag. The team will stay small for a long time. The compensation reflects the ownership.

On-site customer time, regularly

Engineering and product work alongside customers, not separated by a sales layer. Most weeks include time on a customer site or a customer call. The proximity is the point.

Senior Platform Engineer

Own a major surface of the Harmonee platform — ARIA routing, ALYGNMENT signal pipeline, or the Living Context Model — end to end. Strong systems instincts, comfortable making architectural calls without a committee.

Lead PH22 unit installations on customer sites. Healthcare, government, and tribal contexts. The role is part network engineer, part security review, part operations advisor — a rare combination, and the most important hire we make for each new customer.
