Build the AI that doesn't leave the building.
We're a small team in Southern Oregon. We build on-prem AI infrastructure for organizations that can't move their data to the cloud. The work is interesting, the customers are real, and the team is the kind of small you can shape.
Three principles, repeated.
Four divisions. Each is led by the person who owns the practice rather than by a layer of management, and each sits close enough to customers that you will meet them.
Research and development
Reports to the CEOThe engine work: ARIA routing, the ALYGNMENT signal pipeline, the Living Context Model, and the local inference that lets all of it run with no outbound path.
Forward deployed
Reports to the COOGetting units installed, integrated and running inside a customer's own walls. Implementation, workflow configuration, systems integration, field testing, and carrying what you learn back to research.
Systems and infrastructure
Reports to the COOThe hardware platform, provisioning and imaging, air-gapped operation, and the internal systems the team runs on.
Growth, brand and communications
Reports to the CGOThe company's outward voice. Brand, communications, content, and the customer stories that carry the work outside the building.
Senior Platform Engineer
Own a major surface of the Harmonee platform — ARIA routing, ALYGNMENT signal pipeline, or the Living Context Model — end to end. Strong systems instincts, comfortable making architectural calls without a committee.
Deployment Engineer
Lead PH22 unit installations on customer sites. Healthcare, government, and tribal contexts. The role is part network engineer, part security review, part operations advisor — a rare combination, and the most important hire we make for each new customer.
Customer Success Lead
First Customer Success hire. Own the relationship with our deployed customers — a county government and the next several — and design the playbook the rest of the team will follow as we scale into the next 25 deployments.
These are not open positions today. They are the roles the company grows into as deployments scale, listed so you can see the shape of the bench rather than guess at it. If one of them is obviously you, say so now rather than waiting for it to be posted.
Send a note anyway. The right people are rarely listed in the job ad.
